When we feel better, better things happen. 
I love helping people feel better, my hands are drawn to the knots. When the knots are relived, fresh blood flows to the area inviting healing. A rope isn't as long when it has a knot in it, and the same is true for our muscles fibers, impleading blood flow, range of motion and causing stiffness. In Chinese medicine, they say blockages are where disease begins, break up the blockages and let your chi flow freely. 
The beach is my happy place. I'm a nature, animal, and people lover who has a great passion for learning. I've been living in and out of Lincoln city for the past 15 years and I've finally decided to stay and build a little business of my own.
